All the time the people I work with are learning and growing, I'm learning and growing. When they see more distinctions, ….I see more distinctions. When they have more clarity,.....I have more clarity. When they discover more about life and living…..I discover more about life and living…. It's very cool!

I like to live in the present..for today, because that's all we really have.

I don't spend any time dwelling on the past..it's gone, done, finished.

I don't spend any time worrying about the future..it doesn't exist yet, it's an illusion..it may never arrive. How many people went to bed last night worrying about tomorrow, and they didn't wake up this morning?

Now think about this…in reality tomorrow will never arrive!

When you wake up tomorrow, it will no longer be tomorrow will it? It will be TODAY! So TODAY is all there is !

We had better make the most of it right?

That's why we call it 'The Present!'

If we focus ALL our attention on today.....don't waste any on the past, or on the future there's no telling what we can do!

YES, you will need to refer to the past, and YES you will need to look to the future…..but the past is gone and it's not coming back ! The future? Well unless you do something TODAY to create it, it will be randomly created by others and you'll have to suffer it!

YOU are the only one that can create the life you REALLY want.

Now, I want you to know up front that I don't have all the answers!
